I did the untinkable. I bought a Redington 10ft 3wt euro nymph field kit 2 years ago fished it 4 times just starting to like the performance.
Didnt put away when leaving stream.
The 2 sections of 4, the 2nd and 3rd the middle two are unrepairable my fault totally. Can the two inner pcs be purchased??

Hello there Redington. I live in Alaska, which of course is fly fishing heaven, and my favorite fly reel is broken.
Might you Please be able to help repair it? This Red/Sockeye Salmon is on The World famous Kenai River.

Repair rod They have no phone number.

I have a Redington path ll 590-4 and after the third time I was fishing with it the 4th section had broke. The rod was never stepped on, and it was in a hard case.

I have the Redington classic trout 480-4 8p No.4 line rod and its my favorite for streams in my area and the very top eyelet at the very top of the rod broke off today. I was hopi g it would be covered under warranty or if I could get just a very top replacement section for the top.
Its a 4 piece like I said its my baby and I love it so hopefully I can either fix it or get another section for the very top its a 4 piece. Thanks very much

Broken rod
Broke my fly rod on its first trip out on Fathers Day. I placed a call to Redington and with no questions asked their customer support team offered to replace the entire rod.
Far above what I expected, I explained the situation and it made no difference to them.
They just had my support in mind, huge thanks to their team and professional business ethic. Solid work, solid community, great customer service.

I have two Fly Rods Pursuit 890-4 broken, tag Nª 395041 and tag 395091.
I bought them in Argentina authorized dealer.
I have to travel to the USA, probably in May and I will take the opportunity to apply the warranty.
What should I do to run the warranty for both Pursuit 890-4, do you need both equipment complete and probably I have to fill some warranty template.
